For years, I have dreamed of being a creative full time. Actively living a life of faith and ministry is also important to me. For the longest time I didn't see how the two could fit together.
After deciding to own that role and be intentional about it, I started this website. A hub where I am writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about our world. I hope we can create a safe community together built on authenticity, imagination, and friendship.

I am a middle school English teacher that pursues artistic creativity as a means to build community.

Connor is my best friend. He's funny, adventurous, has a hear for the Lord and for others. I love him loads. We met at our Alma Mater, Anderson University. Ended up getting married 20 May 2016, but that wasn't enough so we tied the knot again on 30 June 2016 (I'll tell you that story later).

We live in the Indianapolis area now where Connor is a practicing Counselor (LMHCA) and Holistic Health Coach. You can find out more information on that HERE.

The light of our lives is our puppy doggo, Miloh Reese. He is the cutest dorkie (dachshund-yorkie) there is! His favorite color is green and he loves long walks and cuddles.
